We have been growing runner beans at Lodge Farm for many years but have recently developed some healthy, locally sourced yet authentic tasting Middle Eastern dips.
For many years Andrew, the owner of Lindsey Lodge Farm, has made his own houmous recipe but wanted to take things one step further. After meeting Shirley, who had just arrived back from living in the Middle East, new recipes were perfected using not only Suffolk white beans grown on the farm but also Suffolk rapeseed oil from Hill Farm and Suffolk Salt. It has been a very exciting project and we hope you enjoy our new products.
